The Timeline
1. Plan Photo Day
We pick a date that works with your season and schedule. I'll ask about roster size and what you need: individual portraits, team shots, or both.
2. Hand Out Order Forms
I'll get you order forms ahead of time. Coaches or team parents hand these out so families know pricing and options before photo day arrives.
3. Photo Day
I show up ready to go. We move through your roster fast, no wasted time between athletes or teams.
4. Photos Delivered
Once everything's edited, families get a simple way to view and order their photos. You get your team and league images on a clear timeline, no chasing me down for files.
