By using this website or engaging the services of Ryan Donaldson Photography, you agree to the following terms.
Services
Ryan Donaldson Photography provides professional photography services including sports, senior portraits, family, and corporate photography in the Metro Detroit area.
Bookings and Payments
Session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of any required deposit. Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Photo Delivery
Digital photos are delivered via an online gallery. Galleries are available for a limited time as communicated at delivery. It is the client's responsibility to download their images within the provided timeframe.
Copyright
All photographs taken by Ryan Donaldson Photography remain the intellectual property of Ryan Donaldson Photography. Clients are granted personal use rights to their photos. Images may not be sold or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
SMS Notifications
Ryan Donaldson Photography operates an internal automated notification system. This system sends SMS alerts only to the business owner regarding incoming client inquiries. Customers do not receive automated SMS messages unless they have explicitly requested contact by phone.
To opt out of any SMS communication, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Limitation of Liability
Ryan Donaldson Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond our control including weather, venue restrictions, or technical failures. In the event a session cannot be completed, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
